On Friday Matthias Kaiserswerth announced his retirement from IBM. His successor is Dr. Alessandro Curioni a 22-year IBM veteran, who will assume the position at the end of the month, he was named an IBM Fellow in 2014.
Matthias will become the new managing director of the Hasler Foundation, which promotes information and communications technology for the well-being and benefit of Switzerland.
